This e-shop is intended for all dental practices that have a valid Dental registration number from the Dental Board of Australia

I am part of a dental chain, can I buy through this site?

Dental chains, by their nature, have an order management system that may not be correctly managed through this portal due to the variety of reasons. We, therefore, advise you to contact our offices directly to find out the most suitable methods for sending orders.

I do not live in Australia or New Zealand, what can I do?

It is not possible to ship biomaterials internationally via this website. Geistlich Pharma affiliates in your region will be able to assist further.

I am already a Geistlich customer but I am not registered with your site, how should I proceed?

If your order is urgent, contact us by email at or by phone at 1800 776 326 if you are in Australia and 0800 500 043 if you are in New Zealand  for the activation procedures.

I lost my username and / or password, can I recover them?

The username is the email address with which you registered, to manage the forgotten password you can still click on the appropriate recover password function.

I didn’t receive the email to reset the password, what can I do?

Check that the email is not in the SPAM or junk mail folders. Sometimes the email can take a few minutes to be delivered. If after 10 minutes it has still not arrived, contact us on 1800 773 326 in Australia and 0800 500 043 in New Zealand or email us on and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Shipping and returns
Is it possible to receive the material by a certain date or issue special delivery instructions?

Of course. In this case you will have to call us on 1800 776 326 in Australia so our customer service team can organise express same day shipping for you if possible. 

Please note same day deliveries will attract an express delivery fee. 
I have already sent the order but I need to make some changes, what should I do?

Call us on 1800 773 326 in Australia and 0800 500 043 in New Zealand or email us on immediately specifying the web order reference made and the requested changes, you will be contacted as soon as possible for a confirmation of the change.

How do I have my orders delivered to a different address?

You may enter your chosen delivery address at checkout. If your delivery information has changed, our customer service team will contact you to ensure that the purchase is not fraudulent. 

How can I know the status of my order?

What are the shipping methods?

Orders received before 12pm (Eastern Standard Time) on a business day in NSW will generally be dispatched same day for first class delivery to metropolitan areas by 5:00pm the following business day. Orders received on a day that is not a business day in NSW will be processed on the next business day in NSW. For orders valued at less than $400.00 incl. GST, a domestic freight charge of $21.50 plus GST will be applicable.

NOTE: Due to the resurgence of COVID-19 cases in Victoria, there are fewer domestic flights and an extra day will need to be added to our delivery times.

What are the payment methods?

You may pay for your purchases immediately on the site using VISA or Mastercard to avoid our card fees.

1.15% for VISA and Mastercard 
1.95% for American Express

Alternatively, you may add this invoice to your account and pay within 30 days as normal
