This e-shop is intended for all private dental practices in New Zealand that have a Dental Registration Number.
I am part of a dental chain, can I buy through this site?
Dental chains, by their nature, have an order management system that cannot be correctly managed through this portal due to a variety of reasons. We therefore advise you to contact our offices directly to find out the most suitable methods for sending orders.
I do not live in Australia or New Zealand, what can I do?
It is not possible to ship biomaterials internationally via this website. Geistlich Pharma affiliates in your region will be able to assist further. A full list of Geistlich affiliates worldwide is available here.
I am already a Geistlich customer but I am not registered with your site, how should I proceed?

I lost my username and / or password, can I recover them?
The username is the email address with which you registered, to manage the forgotten password you can still click on the appropriate RECOVER PASSWORD function.
I didn’t receive the email to reset the password, what can I do?

Is it possible to receive the material by a certain date or issue special delivery instructions?
Of course. In this case you will have to call us on 1800 773 326 in Australia and 0800 500 043 in New Zealand so our customer service team can organise express same day shipping for you if possible. 
I have already sent the order but I need to make some changes, what should I do?

How do I have my orders delivered to a different address?
You may enter your chosen delivery address at checkout.

Orders received before 2.30pm on a business day will generally be dispatched for delivery to metropolitan areas by 5:00pm the following business day.
